Where is your jewelry made?
We source of materials from all over the world from ethically proven suppliers, and all Nirvana collections are made in China at our accredited ethical and sustainable factories.
What materials do you use to craft your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made from a range of precious metals, including the following: 18k gold vermeil, 14k gold, 925 sterling silver, precious gemstones, and natural pearls.
How to take care of my jewelry?
With the proper care, your Nirvana jewelry can last a long time.
Sterling Silver: Sterling silver jewelry possesses a timeless quality, allowing it to serve as a cherished heirloom that can be passed down from one generation to the next, provided it receives the proper care. We wholeheartedly encourage you to embrace the beauty of your silver pieces and make them a part of your daily wear. In fact, when silver is worn regularly, it naturally requires less maintenance.
However, it's important to note that in rare instances, silver may develop tarnish due to exposure to environmental factors such as salt, air, and products containing sulfur. Here are some tips:
- Store your jewelry in your Nirvana pouch or box to avoid scratch and tarnishing
- Add an anti-tarnish strip which absorbs humidity
- Use a silver polish cloth to wipe and clean your jewelry regularly
- Avoid exposing your silver jewelry to harsh chemicals such as perfume and cosmetic
Gold Filled: It is advisable to take off your jewelry before engaging in activities such as showering, working out, or swimming. This is particularly important for jewelry made from materials like Gold Filled, Vermeil, or Plated, as they can lose their luster when exposed to perfumes, lotions, or hair products. Additionally, harsh chemicals such as bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths should be avoided, as they can adversely affect the appearance and finish of your jewelry.
To help maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, it's recommended to store it in a protective manner. Consider using a dust bag, a sealed plastic bag, or a dry cloth bag for storage to prevent exposure to dust and moisture. By following these care guidelines, you can ensure that your jewelry remains in excellent condition for years to come.
Piercing Style Earrings: Earrings featuring a pendant made from Surgical Steel with Gold Plating over Brass: These earrings are thoughtfully designed with a surgical steel post and a ball backing, making them an excellent choice for individuals with mild skin sensitivity. It's important to note that the pendant on these earrings is either 18k gold-plated, 18k rose gold-plated, or rhodium-plated over brass, and this plating can potentially cause slight irritation for those with moderate or very sensitive skin.
To preserve the beauty and quality of these earrings, we recommend taking them off before activities like showering, swimming, or working out. Please refer to the aforementioned recommendations for plated jewelry to understand how to care for and maintain your earrings.
Pearls: Pearls are not suitable to be worn in water. Swimming, showering, or washing dishes while wearing emerald jewelry can potentially harm the pearls’ natural brilliance and result in long-term damage. In addition, pearls can be sensitive to body oils and acids, so it's advisable to avoid wearing them during strenuous physical activities or exercises that cause excessive sweating. To preserve the beauty of your pearl jewelry, it's a good practice to routinely clean the pearl with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any accumulations of dirt, sweat, or chemical residues.
What ring size should I wear?
All dimensions are measured by hand, so it's normal have some little deviations, it usually around 1-2mm, please understand. Here is the Ring Size Chart for your reference.

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address.
